Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ8 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (919) 377-1788. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is prosepicurean.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 749 reviews, which is a strong result for an italian restaurant in Cary and suggests consistent service.
Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Cary is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

From the second we walked in, we felt right at home. Multiple young ladies chatted with us and made sure everything was perfect. Caprese Salad and Chicken Parm were on point. And on top of it all they validate parking. Being from outta town we needed an awesome authentic Italian meal and Pro's truly delivered.

This is one of our favorite local spots. The whole experience is quality without being stuffy. Some places over do it with embellishments trying to be sophisticated to the point it is over the top. Pro's food is elegant, with quality ingredients and flavors that speak for themselves. For the portion sizes we find the prices on the lower end relative to similar restaurants in the area. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend checking the specials board and desserts case the moment you walk in. I typically take a photo and bring it back to the table for the group before checking the menu out. With good portions and great selections it is easy to over do it on the first and second courses. Trust me, if you like dessert save room and see what you want from the display case first.

First time visiting here, loved how fresh the food was, salmon π£ was good and green beans, super crunchy and fresh, Iβd prob suggest a different prosciutto on the scallops, they were very accommodating and definitely want to make your experience there a great one. Erin is who you need to ask for, I was so impressed about everything she had to say and describe what they have to offer in such fine detail! Lots of wine π· options and great place to eat and side note their water was really good!

What an amazing restaurant. From the friendly staff, the owners jumping behind bar and serving tables, to the homemade food which was a 10/10! Everything was delicious and would highly recommend. Alot of items are made from scratch by the owner. Canβt wait to go back and try more.

LOVED this place! Stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday and the service was quick and so friendly. The menu options were incredible and we loved everything we ordered: caprese as a starter, porchetta and crepe (with mushrooms and spinach) for main course. The caprese was insanely good and if I had any small critique it would be that it could have used more basil (yet was still terrific as served). I loved the porchetta - this was a different cut and prep of pork than Iβm used to and with the chimchurri sauce it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the crepe, though I found the combo of Brie and spinach to be a bit strong for my liking (just a preference thing). On the whole, there were so many other things on the menu that weβd like to try (especially the sandwiches that they stop serving at 5pm!) so will definitely be back!!
